The terms and conditions set forth herein reflect Pristine Car Cares policy with respect to each of its customers. All customers of Pristine Car Cares experience agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below. Our philosophy is to offer a stress-free service for our customers. Your vehicle and performing proper techniques in our services is our first priority. We will not perform any service that shows potential to cause harm or damage your vehicle. Prior to Pristine Car Care performing services on your vehicle, you, the owner, will advise us of any cosmetic or mechanical issues that would prevent us from completing the service. These may include low battery, trunk permanently shut, windows do not roll down, etc… If your vehicle poses a potential threat to our health and/or safety, please let us know. If there is the threat of any harmful substances (needles, drugs, gasoline, etc.) in the vehicle, you must let your Service technician know prior to your service that you have booked. You will be held responsible for any health and/or safety issues arising from your vehicle. Pristine Car Care reserves the right to refuse service.
Appointments
We will arrive as close to the scheduled appointment time as possible. However, sometimes situations can occur that will disrupt the daily schedule. Our safety will never be compromised by rushing to meet a schedule. You will be called and advised of an arrival time when schedules change beyond our control. Also, the customer agrees to arrive on time for their appointment if it is being performed at our shop or give a proper notice of 24 hours prior to your service if the customer cannot show up and requires to cancel or reschedule. Pricing varies for each vehicle and is determined by size, package, and condition. Additional charges apply for heavy stains, excessive pet hair, excessive debris removal, personal item removal, and steam cleaning (if required) due to the additional time it takes. Property Damage Each customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Pristine Car Care, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any damage, loss, expense, cost, claim, and liability (including attorney and legal fees) arising out of Pristine Car Care services, including without limitation, any accidental property damage not relating to the services performed. I acknowledge that the unique nature of the Pristine Car Care business may expose me to greater property damage risk, and I hereby assume such risk. Pristine Car Care will neither install nor remove any car seats or custom equipment from your vehicle unless deemed absolutely necessary and your approval and acceptance of these terms grant permission to do so. If you would like your car seat cleaned underneath, please have it removed prior to your appointment. We will neither remove nor install custom equipment from your vehicle. This includes, but is not limited to, seat covers, subwoofers, light bars, pet protectors, and bumper stickers. If you would like these things cleaned underneath, please have them removed prior to your appointment. We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to change or cancel an appointment. A hold for the full amount of your scheduled appointment may be placed on the provided credit/debit card 24 hours prior to your appointment.
An appointment is defined as one (1) scheduled car. Bookings with multiple cars will be subject to multiple cancellation fees (i.e. A $500 booking with 5 appointments at $100 each canceled after the approved timeframe can be subject to a $250 cancellation fee). If you wish to change your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, you will have the following 3 options:
1. Reschedule your appointment at no additional cost to you. Though you will be charged for your appointment at the time of rescheduling, you may pick another day and time for Pristine Car Care to perform the detail.
2. Cancel your appointment with a cancellation charge. The hold will be released on your card and you will be charged the cancellation fee on the same card for canceling within 24 hours.
3. Convert your scheduled appointment to a gift card. If circumstances have changed (i.e. you sold your car and no longer have it), you may convert the full amount of your scheduled appointment to a gift card for later personal use or to give as a gift. Pristine Car Care reserves the right to withdraw this option for fleet vehicle/business vehicle bookings.
There are NO GUARANTEES of bringing your vehicle back to a specific condition (i.e. Show Room New).
Vehicle Tinting
DUST and DOT MATRIX
Dust is all around us and is next to impossible to keep out of the air. This also makes it impossible to keep out of the film. We however take every precaution to do so for minimal contamination and to give your window the best look: we are not responsible for any dust that may show up.
Dot Matrix are small dots the factory puts around the edge of some windows and along the back glass as a visual cosmetic border. These dots are basically bumps on the glass that may cause the film to stick on the dots instead of the window. This will not cause the film to peel, but will seem silver in appearance. This is normal and will not disappear. Once the film dries, it's sometimes possible to press them down to some degree.
Limited Lifetime Warranty:
Pristine Car Care's auto tinting is warrantied 100% against any type of film failure, such as peeling, bubbling, distortion, and wrinkling for as long as you own the vehicle. If the tinting fails in anyway, through no fault of your own, Pristine Car Care will replace the defective film absolutely free, at no cost to you. *This warranty does not cover scratches, nicks, tears, or any damages caused by mechanical malfunctions or worn parts on windows that roll down or up. Damage caused by full service auto washes, vandalism, accident of any type, or negligence is not warrantied.*
Pristine Car Care reserves the right to schedule warranty work so as not to interfere with Pristine Car Care’s work schedule, but yet to consider the customer needs as well when at all possible.
*Pristine Car Care takes great care and uses proper professional procedures while removing old tint, even defective tint, from rear windows with defroster strips or radio antennas. Pristine Car Care cannot be held responsible for damage to these exposed items during the removal process.*
-I understand that "Pristine Car Care" will not be held responsible for any personal items left in the vehicle.
-I understand that any film that has been rubbed, scratched, hit, ect. by rings, jewelry, or any hard objects of any kind will not be covered by warranty.
-I understand that any tint darker than 30% on the two front door windows and any tint on the full windshield is considered illegal in Ontario.
-I understand that "Pristine Car Care" will not be held liable for any pre-existing damage.

Important Considerations:
Dust & Debris
Our facility takes every possible precaution to minimize dust contamination, but small particles in the environment may occasionally be trapped under the film. This is a normal and unavoidable aspect of PPF installation that does not compromise the film's durability or effectiveness.
Edge Lifting on Complex Curves
PPF installation on complex vehicle curves may result in slight edge lifting in certain areas, especially on extreme angles or tight corners. This is typical for PPF applications and does not affect the performance or protective qualities of the film.
Adhesion on Factory Paint Imperfections
In cases where factory paint has minor imperfections or variations, PPF may not fully adhere. While we do our best to ensure smooth application, we cannot guarantee perfect adhesion over these imperfections.

Photographs and Video
We have your permission to take pictures or video of your vehicle for marketing purposes. These will never be sold or given to third parties. Damage/Accidents Reimbursement will not be paid for any minor cosmetic damage as a result of detailing your vehicle. Reimbursement will be paid for any major damage caused to your vehicle as a result of our gross negligence or willful misconduct. A Detailing Experience will approve the body shop and/or vendors before issuing any reimbursement. If something arises after the detail that was not noticed during the final walk around, you must contact us within 24 hours and, if needed, schedule a touch-up detail within 5 days. Each customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless A Detailing Experience, its owners, employees and affiliates from and against any and all liabilities, expenses, damages, and costs, including attorney and legal fees, resulting from any service provided or injury after our services have been completed.
Payment
We accept cash, card and E-Transfer. Payment is due at the completion of the detail. Please let the worker know the method of payment.
